A: You can select an attraction through our Single / Multi-park Attractions, Interest type, and individual country quick search box located on the front page.

 How do I tell which attractions are available for booking?
A:  24 to 48 hours lead time is required for our team to process an attractions booking. You must book 2 days in advance for all attractions listed on attractionsxpress.com.

Is there any hidden fees when making a booking with our website?
A: There are no hidden charges. Rate displayed on our website is inclusive of all Taxes (GST inclusive)

What are your cancellation policies?
A : There will be no refund for unused/used attractions ticket either in part of full once payment is completed.

Is it safe for me to use my credit card online?
A: We place utmost importance to keeping our customer’s data safe and secure. Your credit card details are encrypted through the use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology when transmitted online with Paypal, the world’s leading Secured Payment Gateway.

Do I have to enter my names as shown in my passport for attraction booking?
A: Yes, the lead traveler might require displaying their Passport or ID upon request during admission to the attractions. Names appeared in your attractions e-Ticket is needed for verification purpose. For example, if you have a family of 4, only 1 lead travelling party holding the confirmation voucher/e-Ticket need to present a valid ID/Passport upon request  for verification.

Can I book attractions ticket from attractionsxpress.com when I am living overseas?
A: Yes, you can. E-tickets can be delivered via email regardless of the country you are residing in. You will need to print out the e-Ticket in order to present the printed Redemption Voucher or E-Ticket directly at the entry point of most of the attractions listed on this website.
